Terms of service

RiseChat.ai is operated by Softcompose Karol Piasecki, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland under NIP 7991978123 and REGON 389127710, with its registered office at 33A, 26-503 Bieszków Dolny, mazowieckie ("RiseChat.ai", "we", "us"). "You" refers to the individual or legal entity that creates an account, places an order, or uses the service on behalf of an organisation. If you accept these terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" refers to that company.

RiseChat.ai is an AI Visibility platform. We audit your brand's content and structure, generate Schema JSON-LD and llms.txt files, optimize key pages, and monitor how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok, and other AI answer surfaces describe, cite, and recommend your brand. The service is provided as a hosted web application. We do not consult on legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice. Outputs are guidance based on observed data; you remain responsible for the final decisions about your brand and content.

You need an account to use paid features. Accounts are created through our authentication flow and require a valid email address. You are responsible for the security of your account, your password, and any activity that happens under your credentials. Notify us immediately at contact@risechat.ai if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised use of your account where you failed to protect your credentials.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or annually) through Stripe, our payment processor. By placing an order you authorise us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes. Prices are listed on the Pricing page and confirmed at checkout. Stripe may store your card details under its own terms; we do not see or store full card numbers. Failed payments may result in suspension of paid features after a grace period of seven days.

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by Polish or EU consumer law. For annual subscriptions you may request a pro-rata refund within fourteen days of the renewal date, provided the service has not been materially used during that period. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and processed through the original payment method. To request a refund, email contact@risechat.ai with your account email and invoice number.

You agree not to use the service to: (a) monitor brands you do not own or have no contractual basis to audit; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform, the crawlers, or the data we collect; (c) upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law; (d) resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without our written permission; (e) use the outputs to build a competing product, dataset, or service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the RiseChat.ai platform, the crawlers, the Schema and llms.txt generators, the dashboard, the underlying data models, and the brand and logos. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your internal business purposes during your subscription. You retain all rights to the content you upload, your brand assets, and your domain. We retain rights to the aggregated, anonymised insights derived from operating the service.

You own the data you submit to the service and the audit reports, Schema files, and monitoring data we generate for your account. We process this data only to deliver the service, as described in our Privacy policy. We will not sell, share, or use your customer data to train third-party AI models. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit, and display this data for the purpose of operating the service.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the dashboard and scheduled crawlers, measured excluding scheduled maintenance, force majeure, and upstream failures from third parties we depend on (Stripe, Google, OVH, AI answer sources). We do not guarantee that any specific prompt or AI answer will be captured, that monitoring will reflect every model update in real time, or that AI answer engines will cite your brand as a result of using the service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account settings or by emailing contact@risechat.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds except as described in section 5. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if continued provision of the service becomes unlawful. Upon termination we will retain or delete your data according to the retention periods in our Privacy policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred euros. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury.

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising out of (a) your content, brand assets, or domain, (b) your use of the service in breach of these terms or applicable law, or (c) your violation of any third-party right. We will notify you of any claim, give you reasonable control of the defence, and cooperate at your expense.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, excluding its conflict of laws rules. The courts of Poland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to the service, except where a mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings before your local courts. We will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally; please contact contact@risechat.ai before filing a claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least fourteen days before they take effect, by email and by a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
