risechat.ai uses the following categories of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are always set when you load the site. Analytics cookies are set only after you have given consent through the cookie banner.

These cookies are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off. They are usually set in response to actions you take, such as making a choice in the cookie banner or signing in to the dashboard. You can configure your browser to block these cookies, but parts of the site will then not work. The cookies we set in this category include: (a) A first-party consent cookie that stores your cookie preferences, so we do not show the banner again on every visit (lifetime: one hundred and eighty days). (b) An authentication session token, set only when you sign in to the dashboard (lifetime: as defined by your session).

If you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It records the pages you view, the time you spend, the site that referred you, and general browser and device information. Your IP address is truncated before storage. We review this data in aggregate to improve the product and the documentation. Withdraw consent at any time from the Manage cookies link in the footer. The cookies set in this category are named _ga and _ga followed by a container identifier, each with a lifetime of thirteen months.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, social media tracking pixels, or fingerprinting technologies. We do not embed third-party content that sets tracking cookies (such as YouTube videos with cookies or Facebook widgets). The crawlers and AI answer collection that the product performs for your account are part of the service and are described in the Privacy policy, not in this Cookie policy.

You can control cookies in three ways. (a) Through the cookie banner, which appears on your first visit and lets you accept or reject analytics cookies. (b) Through the Manage cookies link in the footer, which reopens the dialog and lets you change your choice at any time. (c) Through your browser settings, where you can block or delete cookies for any site. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent parts of the site from working. When you sign in to the RiseChat.ai dashboard, we set a small number of additional strictly necessary cookies and tokens to keep you signed in, to protect against cross-site request forgery, and to remember your preferences inside the product. These are required for the product to function, are scoped to the dashboard domain, and are not used for analytics or advertising.

We may update this Cookie policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the cookie banner and, where required, by email. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
