Optimization overview

Every page RiseChat tracks, with status, signals, and per-page audit in one list.

Project overview is the working list of every URL in your project. Each row shows the page name, type, status, last crawl, and three signals AI crawlers check first: JS rendering, meta tags, and JSON-LD. Filter by status or page type, search by name, then click any row to open the per-page audit with detected Schema and the changes generated for that page.

Website intelligence

AI website readiness

1 page may be difficult for AI crawlers to access or read

Crawler access or a critical rendering dependency is limiting confidence in the affected page.

Priority action plan

Each recommendation applies to one page and opens its specific audit.

When to use

It is your main tool in RiseChat for optimization. From this view you can optimize any kind of page, generate new content and Schema for each page, and ship the changes to your company website using the provided instructions.

RiseChat crawls every URL in your project

List every page, score the signals, ship the fixes.

RiseChat crawls every URL in your project, scores the three signals AI crawlers check first, and groups pages by what needs work. Click any row to open the per-page audit and ship the changes.

Three signals per page

The only checks AI crawlers run before they decide whether to read the page.

Rendered by JS

GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, and Google-Extended often do not execute JavaScript. If the page needs JS to render the headline or the answer block, AI sees an empty page.

Meta tags present

Title, description, canonical, and Open Graph tags. AI uses these as the first summary of the page before it reads the body. Missing meta means AI guesses.

JSON-LD present

Structured data in the head: Organization, WebSite, WebPage, Product, FAQPage, HowTo, BreadcrumbList. Without JSON-LD, AI has no machine-readable map of what the page is about.

Read the page, find the gaps, ship the content.

RiseChat reads your live page, scores each block an AI can cite, and produces the content that closes the gap. This is what the audit looks like inside the platform.

Evidence

The page mentions 'pricing' and 'support' in body copy but does not include a structured FAQ block or FAQPage schema.

Reasoning

FAQ helps AI pull short answers directly. Without a schema, the model has to infer questions from prose, which lowers citation confidence.

FAQ with Question/Answer

Does RiseChat track ChatGPT mentions?

Yes. RiseChat runs your prompts through the models available on your plan, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek, and Mistral. Checks run every 48 hours, and the dashboard keeps model-by-model history so you can see when each system picks up new source data.

What is the difference between Schema JSON-LD and llms.txt?

Schema JSON-LD is structured data in the <head> that AI models parse to identify your product, FAQ, and HowTo blocks. llms.txt is a flat text file at /llms.txt that gives models a one-page summary of your offer, categories, and FAQ before they read the rest of the site.

How fast will my brand appear in AI answers after deploying Schema?

Plan for at least two weeks before judging impact. Perplexity, Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, and AI Overviews refresh sources differently, so stable visibility usually takes 4-6 weeks of monitoring and iteration.

Do I need to install anything on my site?

No. There is no plugin, app, or script. You paste one JSON-LD snippet in <head> and upload two short files (llms.txt and llms-full.txt) to the root of your domain. That is the entire deployment.

How it works

  1. List every page

RiseChat tracks every URL you have crawled, with status, type, and the three signals that decide whether AI can read the page.

  2. Filter and search

Filter by status or page type, search by URL or name, and surface the pages that need work without scrolling the whole list.

  3. Inspect a page

Click a row to open the audit view with section analysis, detected Schema, and the changes generated for that specific page.

  4. Add or re-crawl

Add a new page by URL, pick an existing crawl or scan a new one, and trigger a re-crawl from the detail view when content or Schema changes.

Why choose us

Pages AI can read win the answer.

Optimization overview turns every URL into a page AI models can actually parse, score, and cite.

Score every page on the same three signals.

JS rendering, meta tags, JSON-LD. The exact checks AI crawlers run before they decide to read a page. No opinions, no black box.

Group pages by what needs work.

Healthy, changes needed, queued, completed. Pick a status, fix the right pages first, and skip the noise.

Click a row to open the per-page audit.

Section analysis, detected Schema, and the exact change to ship. Copy it into your CMS, or trigger a re-crawl after deploy.

Re-crawl whenever content or Schema moves.

Pages get re-scanned after every meaningful change, so the project list always shows fresh status and signal scores.

FAQ

What counts as a tracked URL?

On onboarding you can pick up to 20 pages from your project that join the Tracked URL list right away. After that, the Add page option lets you paste a URL, run a crawl on it, and then optimize it without leaving the project.

What are the three signals AI crawlers check first?

JavaScript rendering, meta tags, and JSON-LD presence. If any of the three fails ProjectOverview will show you which one and why it needs to be fixed.

How do status filters help me prioritize?

Project overview groups pages into four statuses. Healthy means all three signals pass or were fixed. Changes needed flags pages with at least one failing signal. Start audit covers pages queued for a fresh audit. Completed means the audit has already been run. Use these chips to focus on the pages that need attention in the current sprint.

Can I trigger a re-crawl from the project list?

Yes. Open a row, then start a re-crawl from the detail view whenever content or Schema changes. The list refreshes once the new scan completes.
