Where do suggested prompts come from?
Suggested prompts are generated from your page analysis. The system reads your categories, products, and FAQ, then proposes questions your buyers would type into AI.
Can I add prompts manually?
Yes. Type the question, set the cadence, and the prompt joins the monitored list.
What are annotations and sources?
Sources show which URLs the model cited in the answer, not only the ones that mention your brand directly. You can also be cited through a third-party page that never names you, so the source list tells you what to strengthen next. Checks run every 48 hours, so any new citation or source change shows up in the next refresh.
