What counts as a fact?
A statement your team confirms is true today, for example “The Pro plan costs €149 per month”. Its page is where the fact is, or should be, written. A fact can be missing from the page; a ticket can then add it.
Confirm the facts AI should get right, read from your own pages.
Facts are what your company knows to be true today: prices, plans, integrations, security, data hosting and limits. RiseChat reads your pages from the crawl and suggests facts with the text they come from; your team confirms them. Monitored questions and ticket fixes are checked against these facts.
What it looks like
When to use
Start here before monitoring: confirm the facts buyers compare, such as pricing, plans and integrations, so every AI answer and every fix has something to be checked against.
How it works
Brand name, product category, who it is for and competitors. Fixes for questions where AI doesn't mention your brand start from this profile.
Add a page and click “Run audit”. The audit reads the page from the crawl and suggests facts by category, marked “Quote from page” or “Check on the page”.
Confirm, edit or dismiss suggestions, or add a fact by hand with the page where it is, or should be, written. The key categories bar shows which of the six key categories still have no fact.
Pin a fact to a monitored question and every answer is graded against it. RiseChat can also write new questions from your confirmed facts.
Why choose us
Facts turn “AI got it wrong” into a concrete comparison: this answer, this fact, this page.
Suggestions come with the text and the page they were read from, so confirming a fact takes one look.
Pricing, plans, integrations, security and compliance, data hosting and limitations: the facts buyers compare most often.
Search, filter by category, page or status, group by page, assign pages and confirm in bulk.
Facts, the company profile and tickets are stored on the server for the whole team, not in one browser.
FAQ

From page audits, which read the page from the latest crawl. “Quote from page” is text found on the page; “Check on the page” is text written by the audit, and such a fact waits for confirmation.
Free includes 3 page fact audits per month, Basic 20, Pro 60 and Enterprise 150. Checking whether a page already has an audit is free.
Facts are grouped by page, and a page group shows problems found in the crawl: a page outside the crawl, content invisible without JavaScript, or a page blocked for AI bots.
