When a buyer asks for a product recommendation, a useful answer needs more than a category name. It needs specifications, suitability, availability, delivery terms and sources. Start by making those facts easy to find on your store.

Choose a buying question and a product page

For example: “Which air purifier suits a small bedroom and has replacement filters available locally?” This is a hypothetical question. Use your own customer messages and product comparisons to choose the questions worth monitoring.

Check several answers with the same wording, language and market. Record the named products and cited URLs before changing your page. One missing mention does not establish a visibility problem or its cause.

Review the product facts

  • Exact product and variant name.
  • Dimensions, specifications and supported use cases.
  • Compatibility, required accessories and limitations.
  • Current price and availability.
  • Delivery, returns and warranty information.
  • Genuine reviews and evidence supporting product claims.

Audit the page, then publish a verified improvement

Use the product audit to inspect content gaps and a suggested description. RiseChat’s 0–100 score summarizes its diagnostic checks; it is not a score supplied by ChatGPT or Google. Review each finding in the context of the actual product.

Suppose the page lists room coverage but omits filter availability. Add the verified compatibility and replacement information. Do not invent test results, customer quotes or specifications to complete a generated section.

Keep technical and product data consistent

Ensure that important content is accessible and indexable where appropriate. Product structured data should match the visible price, availability and product details. For Google’s shopping experiences, keep relevant Merchant Center information current as well. See Google’s AI search guidance.

llms.txt is optional and does not guarantee inclusion. Prioritize accurate product pages over creating additional files.

Monitor buyer questions and sales separately

RiseChat checks selected prompts every 48 hours using the models in your plan. Compare repeated answers, citations and competing sources. Track product visits, add-to-cart events and orders separately. A citation can inform research without creating an immediate click or purchase.

Paid plans differ in page limits, prompts, model access and product optimization. Review the pricing page before selecting a plan for your catalogue.
