What does one ticket cover?
One statement in AI answers that is wrong or missing, tied to one buyer question and usually one confirmed fact. The number of tickets is not limited; each “Prepare fix” uses one audit in tickets from your plan.
Take one wrong AI answer from evidence to a page fix your team approves and publishes.
A ticket follows one wrong or missing AI statement through six stages: error found, page traced, fix drafted, facts approved, published and summary. RiseChat reads the page from the latest crawl and writes the changes in full sentences, “Now on the page” and “After the change”, with corrected JSON-LD when needed. Your team approves the facts and publishes the change itself. Today we run the full workflow together with your team in the pilot.
What it looks like
When to use
Use a ticket when AI repeats an old price, plan, integration or other fact that your own page can correct, and someone on your team can confirm the fact and publish the change.
How it works
The ticket starts from a graded AI answer: the quote, the model, the date and how many answers in the last 14 days got the fact wrong, next to your confirmed fact.
The page that states the fact, read from the latest crawl. When AI cites another page of yours for the error, such as an old blog post, that page comes first.
“Prepare fix” reads the page, shows what it says about the fact today and proposes changes before and after, including JSON-LD. You pick and edit the changes, then approve the facts they rest on.
Copy the changes as text, HTML or Markdown and publish them in your CMS. “Mark as published” closes the ticket; the summary keeps the claim, the fact, the page, the publication date and every change.
Why choose us
Every ticket keeps the evidence, the fact, the page and the change in one place, so the team knows what changed and why.
The ticket shows the exact AI quote, the model, the date and the scale, for example 3 of 12 answers in the last 14 days.
Each change is shown as now on the page and after the change. Sentences that go beyond your facts are marked for review before publishing.
Nothing goes live without your approval. You copy the changes as text, HTML or Markdown and publish them yourself.
The closed ticket keeps the claim, the fact, the page, the publication date and every change, and the question stays in monitoring.
FAQ

No. RiseChat writes the changes; your team approves them and publishes them in its own CMS. RiseChat does not need CMS access or passwords.
RiseChat fixes your own pages only. When AI takes the error from external sources, the ticket shows them and can open a pre-filled brief in Article Studio.
Not right away. AI bots usually need 1–2 weeks to read the page again, and answers also depend on other sources. The ticket's question stays in monitoring every 48 hours, so you can follow later answers. RiseChat does not guarantee a change in AI answers.
